Lemon Zucchini Loaf with Lemon Glaze (Betty Crocker’s)

Ingredients
- 1 lemon Cake mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1 ½ Cups Shredded Zucchini
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest or 2Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Instructions
Combine ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. (Opt. you can add ½ Cup of ground Poppy Seeds).
Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Tbsp. lemon Juice
- ½ Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Icing Sugar
Instructions
Mix well and pour onto warm lemon loafs.
