Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
1 ½ Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
½ Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1 Cup Wh. Sugar
¾ Cup Oil
1 ½ Cup Pure Pumpkin
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Beat eggs and sugar well, then add oil and stir in pumpkin.
Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture.
Add chocolate chips.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
These muffins freeze well.
