Zucchini Marmalade
Ingredients
- 6 cups shredded zucchini
- 6 cups sugar
- 1-19 oz crushed pineapple canned fruit
- 1 ½ oranges
- ½ lemon (blended or pureed)
- 1-6 oz box apricot powdered jello
Instructions
Boil 1st 5 ingredients slowly for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in jello until dissolved. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with wax.
