Oreo Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 Pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix

• 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil

• 4 Eggs

Instructions

Place cake mix, oil, and eggs into a bowl and stir until combine. The batter will be thick. Roll 1 inch balls and place onto a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart from each other. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool on the cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.

Filling

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine (Softened)

• 1 Pkg. Cream cheese (Softened)

• 1 Tsp. Vanilla

• 2 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar

Instructions

Cream butter and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth add vanilla and icing sugar. Continue to mix until all the icing sugar is incorporated and the mixture has a nice fluffy texture. Place the filling into a piping bag and start assembling your cookies by piping the filling onto one cookie and then place a cookie on top to make a sandwich.
