Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mixture Filling

  • 1 – 8 oz. Pk. Cream Cheese, Softened 250g
  • 1 egg, slightly Beaten
  • 1/3 cup icing sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1-6 oz. Pk. Chocolate Chips

Cupcakes

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ¼ cups cocoa
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

In a small bowl combine and mix the first four ingredients for the cream cheese mixture. Then add chocolate chips and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients well. Fill muffin tins, lined with paper cups, 1/3 to ½ full with this mixture. Drop a large spoonful of cream cheese Mixture on top. Bake 20 to 25 Minutes at 350 F. Makes 20 cupcakes.
