Bunt Pan Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients
- 1 White or Butter pecan cake mix
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Rum extract
- 1 Pkg. Vanilla pudding mix
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Poppy Seeds
- 1 Cup Milk
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into a greased bunt pan and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until you can poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Icing
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Rum Extract
- 3 Tbsp. Cream or milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar
Instructions
In a medium saucepan boil the brown sugar, cream, and butter for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Add icing sugar and rum. Beat until smooth. If needed add more cream or icing sugar.
