Coffee Crisp Wafer Cake

Ingredients

Filling:
3 Eggs Beaten Until Stiff
1 ½-2 Cups Icing Sugar
1 Cup Crisco

Add:
2 Tbsps. Black Coffee (Strong)
4 Tbsps. Cocoa
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

Cream first three ingredients, add coffee, cocoa and vanilla, blend well.
Line “9x13” pan with whole graham wafers.
Spread filling over top, graham wafer, filling, and then ice with chocolate Fudge Frosting.
Freeze.
