Creamy Fudge (Real Cream)
Ingredients
4 tbsp. Cocoa
1 Cup Wh. Sugar
1 Cup Br. Sugar
1 Cup Cream
1 tbsp. Corn Syrup
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
Combine first three ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and boil to 236F or till soft ball stage, remove from heat.
Place pot in cold water to cool to 160F.
Beat about 7 minutes or until it loses its glossy shine.
Then add vanilla.
Key: Do not stir, only enough to prevent scalding.
