Frozen Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

2 ½ cups flaked coconut, toasted
1/3 cup margarine/butter, melted
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can Eagle brand milk
2 ½ cups fresh/frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed and mashed (1 ½ cups)
3 tbsp real lemon juice concentrate
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

Combine coconut and margarine.
Press firmly on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate.
In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in Eagle brand milk.
Stir in pureed strawberries and real lemon.
Fold in whipping cream.
Pour into prepared crust.
Freeze 4 hours until firm.
