Knox Blox

Ingredients

2 envelopes of Knox Unflavoured gelatin
3 boxes (3 oz / 85 g each) Jello flavoured gelatin
4 cups boiling water

Instructions

In large bowl, combine Knox gelatin and Jello, and add boiling water.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Pour into large shallow baking pan (9 x 13”).
Chill until set.
Cut into squares or use cookie cutters and serve.
