Peach and Raspberry Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Ground Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Br. Sugar
  • 6 Fresh Peaches
  • 2 Cups Raspberries
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions

In a large bowl mix 1st 4 ingredients. Use a pastry cutter to combine the ingredients until course. Then place half of the oatmeal mixture into a greased 9” X 13” to create a base. In a large bowl mix 6 pealed peaches, raspberries (fresh or Frozen), and lemon juice. Pour fruit mixture over the oatmeal base. Then sprinkle the remaining mixture of oatmeal over the fruit. Place in preheated oven @ 400 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and the fruit begins to bubble.

*Option you can substitute the raspberries for blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries.
