Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pumpkin
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ tsp. Ginger
  • ½ cups evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions

Pour above ingredients into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400 F for 15 minutes then 350 F for 30 minutes.
