Rice Pudding

Ingredients

½ - ¾ Cups Cooked Rice
2 Eggs
½ Cup Wh. Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla
¼ Cup Milk
Dash of Salt
Optional: Cinnamon and raisins

Instructions

Make your rice and while it’s cooking, beat the eggs.
Add sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Pour mixture over rice and add milk.
You may also add cinnamon and raisins.
Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.
Do not cover with lid.
