Royal Icing
Ingredients
- 3 egg Whites
- ½ tsp Cream of Tartar
- 4 cups Icing Sugar
Instructions
Beat all ingredients at high speed for 7 to 10 minutes. Use immediately, re-beating will not restore texture.
