Beer Fish Batter
Ingredients
- ¾ cup flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ½ bottle beer
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, beer and nutmeg. Dip fish in mix until well coated. Fry fish in deep fryer for 7-10 min. or in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
