Brown Sugar-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon Fillet (1 Pound)
  • ¼ Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Rice Vinegar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut salmon into 4 portions and place in a foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and preheat broiler.

In a small saucepan, mix remaining ingredients and bring just to a boil. Brush over salmon. Broil 6 inches from heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, about 1–2 minutes.
