Cashew Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • Broccoli
  • Raw cashews
  • Onions
  • Green peppers
  • Green Onions
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Carrots (for color)
  • Celery
  • Bamboo Shoots
  • Peas
  • Bean Sprouts (Fresh)
  • Baby corn

Sauce

  • 4 tbsp. Corn starch
  • 1 tbsp. Soya sauce
  • Pinch of sugar
  • ¼ cup Amaretto (any liqueur will do)
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions

Cut chicken breasts into ½ “cubes. Marinate for 24 hours in sauce. Cook according to the group of people you are serving.

Cooking steps:

Step1. Stir fry veggies in wok.
Step2. Stir fry cashews. (Watch close or they’ll burn).
Step3. Stir fry chicken.

When everything is done put everything back in wok mix well just to warm everything up.
