Chinese Style Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • ½ cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • ¼ cup soya sauce
  • 1 cam cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Chinese noodles

Instructions

Mix together and bake 30 minutes at 350°covered, then bake for 30 minutes more without a lid.  Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top & bake another 15 minutes.
