Honey Cashew Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Water
- ¼ Cup Cornstarch
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
- 1–2 Cups Chopped Cashews
- ½ Tsp. Ginger
- ½ Tsp. Garlic
- 1 Cup Honey
- Splash of Lemon Juice
Instructions
In a pot, mix water and cornstarch until dissolved. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat, bringing sauce to a boil, or until it thickens.
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. In a fry pan with oil, brown chicken breasts on both sides. Once chicken is browned, place in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle cashews over chicken and pour sauce over top.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
