Ingredients

  • 1 ½ - 2 lb. Ground Beef

  • 2 Cans Tomato sauce (398 ML)

  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Soup Mix

  • 1 Can Tomatoes (796 ML)

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

  • 1 Pkg. Mozzarella Cheese (900G)

  • 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic

  • 1 Pkg. Lasagna Noodles

Instructions

In a large Pot brown meat with salt, pepper, Garlic, and onion soup mix. If your tomatoes are whole or diced put them in the blender and plus them until liquid. Then add them in with your meat along with your tomato sauce and oregano.

In a “9 x 13” pan put a layer of lasagna noodles then cover the noodles with the meat sauce mixture then cover the meat sauce with grated cheese. Repeat once more. Bake in the oven at 350 for 1 hour. Freezes well
