Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 Medium Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Pepper
- 2 ½ Cups Milk
- 1 Small onion, Finley Chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix butter, flour, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Slowly add ½ cup of milk at a time and stir until boiling, about 1 minute. Arrange in a 2-quart baking dish in 3 layers, leaving enough sauce mixture to cover the top layer. Cover and bake until potatoes are tender about 60-70 minutes then let stand for about 5-10 minutes.
