Ginger Snaps

Ingredients
1-¾ cup Crisco (Butter Flavoured)
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
¼ cup molasses
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cloves
½ tsp salt
Instructions
Mix Crisco & sugar. Add egg and molasses. Add dry ingredients. Form balls and roll in sugar. Bake @ 375 Degrees for 7-8 minutes.
