Ginger Snaps

Ingredients

  • 1-¾ cup Crisco (Butter Flavoured)

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup molasses

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 ½ tsp ginger

  • ¼ tsp cloves

  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Mix Crisco & sugar. Add egg and molasses. Add dry ingredients. Form balls and roll in sugar.  Bake @ 375 Degrees for 7-8 minutes.
